A fawn, trapped in a Lake Erie cove, suddenly jumped into the water. Riding his jet ski, Ken Markovich was able to guide the frantic fawn to a neighbor’s property with a staircase. The fawn wouldn’t climb the stairs.

Trucker searches for lost pet
An Ohio man is hoping Union Grove or Gladewater residents can have him have a happier Thanksgiving. Dennis Lambert of Masury, Ohio, a long-haul trucker, lost one of his best friends on Tuesday, Nov. 16.
